I Love Her
Posted at 3:58 pm by Jane under Updates
In case I don’t say it enough, I love her.
I love her sweet face and her little squeaks. I love how her eyes sparkle. I love the sounds she makes when she drinks her bottle. And I love how warm and cozy she feels when she’s sleeping in my arms. And although I’m making peace with the possibility of losing her, I’m still not ready to let her go yet. We’ve got lots to do together…

What she said.

jane, you’ve brought tears to my eyes yet again. may the precious motherly love you feel for your daughter be an example to all of us – mothers, daughters, or otherwise – to love and give of ourselves as deeply as we can each day.

The power of a mother’s love – she radiates the hope and promise of life everlasting.
With love,
Jackie

your post title made me start humming And I Love Her by The Beatles =)

Dear Ramona
What a great family you have. I can’t type long because I really need to do my dishes. They are OUTTA CONTROL, you know what I mean?
I’m sending you a card this week (I hope I get it in the mail now that I’ve promised it!)
Grow a whole lot, like a miraculous amount in the meantime (no pressure though…) and I’ll keep praying for God put His hands on you for strength and health, OK?
sincerely-
miss angela

Your love for Ramona pours out of every entry on this blog. I’m still smiling from the blessing of being able to see her in person this evening.

Dear Andy and Jane:
Hello, I got your blog address from your dad (Wayne). Have been reading the entries and I kind of end up picturing your facial expressions as you type them out (Smiles all around on a good day/exasperated sigh on bad one). Today I can imagine you both beaming as you look at your wonderful bundle of joy from heaven :)
Keep smiling and God bless!

And what’s not to love? She’s a princess!
Even though we don’t know each other, I hope this will bring a smile to your face (it brought a huge one to mine!)
I showed my 3-year-old, Maggie, today’s picture. She immediately said “Pray for baby Buh-mona!” She halfway shut her eyes, folded her hands, and composed this thoughtful prayer:
“Dear God, please help baby Buh-mona. I pledge Allegiance to the Flag of the of United Stakes of ‘merica. Which it stakes, under God, invisible, with cha-cha for all (big claps!)
Well, she’s not ready for seminary yet, but she really loves your daughter, and so do all of the Fischers from Mt. Pleasant, SC! We’re continuing to pray for you all!

Maggie Fischer rocks! This is what I’m going to pray from now on, especially the part about “with cha-cha for all.” :)

there is nothing in the world like holding your baby in your arms…but the funny thing is…it doesn’t matter how old your babies are..all you ever want to know is that they are alright..
be well dear ones.
