Hope by now that you are all home safe and sound. Glad that the cath went well and that right now things are staying as is until there is something presented. This way she can be a normal kid-we know all too well how it seems to get harder and harder to put them through things as they get older and can let us know how they don't want it. Praying for things to continue to be so well and for happy holidays to bless you. Take Care

I am so happy to read that Ramona's cath went well. I have been thinking about her a lot recently and wondering how she is doing. Hopefully they were able to get her extubated quickly and she is back home and back to herself again.
Like usual, it seems like Ramona and Jack are on the same timeline. (His cath is on the 20th.) I think that is part of why I have been thinking about Ramona so much. When we learned that Jack needed another I had a feeling that Ramona soon would too. It just seemed like that has how it has gone.
I can totally relate with the new challenges that are now presented to us as they get older. I have been worring so much about how to prepare Jack (it will be the first time I have had to). I agree that it is so very heartbraking.
Sorry I ended up rambling. I check your blog often and am so thrilled that all is well.

I'm glad to hear things went well in the cath lab. It's true that it gets harder as they get older and can break our hearts with their words and understanding. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Lucy and I just prayed for R and you all, and Lucy wanted to keeping looking at this precious portrait of her while we prayed. Thank you for sharing it all, and this journey you're on.
