The Tube is out! I sit here honored to witness Jane and Ramona connecting eye to eye.
The doctors extubated the vent tube about 1 PM and while Ramona wasn’t altogether pleased with the incident she is doing great. Her oxygen is hanging around 80-83. Ramona got a little bent out of shape with all the poking around but she calmed down so quickly when she felt and heard her Mommy with her. Jane remarked that she see’s her little girl again. Praise God! I am amazed at the strength of this little girl.

What love and connection Jane and Ramona share! It is that special connection and comfort a mother brings. They are so BEAUTIFUL. I am rejoicing in the moment you two are sharing. You go Ramona Balboa! We all will keep on praying for you!
