Possible ER Visit

We are now trying to determine if Ramona needs to be readmitted. She has vomited twice today her entire stomach contents and has been sleepless and sometimes inconsolable since we brought her home. Twice she has become so upset that she has had significant trouble breathing and has broken into a sweat, which can be a sign of heart failure.
Please pray we will be able to wisely discern when it might be time to make this important choice and that we’ll be be able to tell when we are no longer able to keep her safe at home.

follow and trust your feelings always. i know that our babys are diffrent. izzy went back to the hospital floor after 2 days at home sweating and trouble breathing and spitting up, they adjusted her feeds and meds to help her and so it was well worth the visit. Is she on any pain meds or vcoming off any and having possible withdrawl? we are is seattle i am not sure where you are located I came form baby wrens blog. I hope that she feels better soon. you are doing a wonderful job careing for and watching out for her! always trust yourself and know that it is ok to tell the doctors is your not ok with something from feeding sqeduals to apt times. you have a say I only say this because izzy is almost one and I am learning how to sometimes tell the doctors ” no I;m not comfrotable with that “

Have lots of faith that you can wisely discern, but am praying for that just the same. Hoping, wanting and wishing that Mona Mae feels better (and you guys do too). Sending love & prayers.

I was thinking the same about the feeds. Wren has stopped vomitting since we stopped tube feeds.
If you are in doubt call the on-call cardiologist and check or just take her in.
